Communications should be sent to CIANEI (see calendar section), using the communication/poster/workshop proposal form, in MS Word and respecting all the mentioned guidelines.
They will be analysed by the scientific commission and without its approval cannot be presented. Only original communications are published. Once accepted, they will be published in the congress proceedings. Scientific articles, projects sharing, literature revisions, etc. within the stated topics will be accepted.

The communications shall be presented by its authors. The time limit ranges from 15 to 20 minutes for each communication, and debating will follow the presentations.

Posters' abstracts should be sent to CIANEI (see calendar section), using the communication/poster/workshop proposal form, in MS Word and respecting all the mentioned guidelines.
They will be analysed by the scientific commission and without its approval cannot be presented. Only original posters are published. Once accepted, they will be published in the congress proceedings. Scientific articles, projects sharing, literature revisions, etc. within the stated topics will be accepted.
Once accepted, the poster should be taken by authors to the congress (until 13.00 on November 15th).

The posters shall be presented by their authors during the “Posters' Presentation Session” (5html minutes), following a debating moment. The posters will remain in its specific room during all the congress.

They will be analysed by the scientific commission and without its approval cannot be presented. Only original workshops are published. Once accepted, they will be published in the congress proceedings.
